Bio

I have been teaching secondary science for 29 years, with the last 18 years at Treetops.  I have a B.S. in Biology from Furman University (Go Paladins!) and a Master of Arts in Science Education (Biology) from Western Governors University.  All 3 of my boys graduated from Treetops. They are currently in college studying nursing, computer science, and diesel equipment technology.  In addition to teaching high school science, I will also be the Student Council Advisor this year.  One of my favorite things to do is to travel the world!  Currently I have visited 15 countries (United States, Mexico, Canada, Jamaica, Bahamas, Italy, Vatican, Greece, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein, Czechia, Slovakia, and France).  I really enjoy travelling with students at Treetops.
