Welcome to 5th and 6th grade science. I am very excited to meet you all this year.  We will have a lot of fun doing experiments, learning lots of science words and making diagrams. At the end of the year we will have a science STAAR test in 5th to show off all you will have learned. 

I am also the 5th grade art teacher this year. We will paint, use markers, pencils, water colors and oil pastels to make all kinds of different  fun creative art.

About me: This is my 16th year teaching science and my 12th year at Treetops! I have 2 kids, a husband, a dog whom we adopted, 1 rat and some fish. I like working out, painting, playing minecraft, and finding 4 leaf clovers. We are going to have a great year!
