Orientation for 2010-2011:
August 16 -  1st grade 7:00pm meeting in the elementary building                
                      7th and 8th in gym 7:00pm
August 17-   KG supply dropoff 5:30-meeting at 6:00 in gym
                      2nd-3rd orientation in elem bldg 7:00pm
August 18- 4th -6th orientation in gym 7:00pm
August 19- 9th-12th orientation in gym 7:00pm
August 20th- KG meet and greet at McDonald's on Central Dr in Hurst across from Pennington Field from 6pm-7pm.
August 23rd- 1st day of school
September 3rd- students dismiss @ 12:00, faculty inservice Smile
September 6th- Labor Day Holiday-no school
October 1st- students dismiss @ 12:00 faculty inservice Smile
October 2nd- All faculty/school membership workday 9am-12pm  
October 22nd-End of 1st 9 weeks
November 19th-  all dismissed @ 12:00 faculty inservice Smile
November 22-26- Thanksgiving
December 17th- Christmas Program 11am dismissal-faculty inservice Smile
December 20th-December 31st- Christmas Break
January 3rd- return to school
January 14th- End of 2nd 9 weeks 
                          students dismiss @ 12:00 faculty inservice Smile
January  17th- MLK Holiday-no school
March 5th- All faculty/school workday 9-12
March 11th- students dismiss @ 12:00 faculty inservice Smile
March 14th-March 18th- Spring Break
March 25th- End of 3rd 9 weeks
May 27th- Last day of school and graduation in gym at 7pm
May 30th- Memorial Day
May 31st and June 1st- Bad Weather Makeup Days
