or fax to 817-684-0892 . Completed preadmission sheets will put your child on the waiting list. As openings come available we will do a lottery per grade level. If a student is not chosen in the lottery, the student will remain on the waiting list until a spot comes available. Parents will be notified via phone if their child is chosen in the lottery.
